Hardware Repair - We offer both on-site and depot service for the repair of hardware. We can service all the touchscreen computers we sell, as well as our line of Sharp ECRs. We service a range of peripherals as well, including Epson receipt and kitchen printers, Metrologic barcode scanners, cash drawers, and more.

Technical Support - We also offer telephone technical support for our Point of Sale software and ECRs. We can usually troubleshoot hardware problems over the phone as well. Our techs are available 24/7 to assist you with your problem.

Maintenance Plans - Let's face it. In the real world, problems occur at the point of sale. Hardware failures or software errors can be costly to repair. No one likes to get hit with unexpected expenditures. That's why we offer several maintenance plans. For a fixed annual, quarterly, or monthly fee, you can be prepared for those unforeseen problems. We offer a variety of coverages, from software phone support only to full blown on-site service with hardware coverage.

Data Warehousing - Our data warehousing service is geared toward people who want access to their business data anytime, anywhere. Our Point of Sale software has the capability of posting sales reports to our secured internet environment for online viewing by authorized persons. If your company would like to have the convienience of viewing sales and payroll reports from anywhere via a secure website, this service provides that solution.
